In the Kempen, you cycle from junction to junction: numbered signs that you connect yourself to create a customized route. You simply choose the numbers you want to follow, so you decide how long and how far you go. About the Cartierheide
One of the most beautiful areas to cycle through is the Cartierheide near Eersel: wild heathland, pine forests, and quiet fens, with a sea of purple in August.
