The last quarter has begun, and that means it's time to arrange the staff outing or Christmas party. Those who are early still have the best locations available. Looking for something original near Eindhoven that goes beyond the standard Christmas dinner? We've listed the best ideas for a successful end-of-year outing with your team.
Start with a competitive scavenger hunt
Nothing brings people together faster than solving a mystery, especially with a healthy dose of competition. With Witch Hunt Bladel, you divide your team into groups that compete against each other in an outdoor GPS scavenger hunt through the Kempen region. Along the way, you solve riddles, make decisions under time pressure, and see your colleagues from a completely different perspective.
Make it an evening with atmosphere
December lends itself to an atmospheric conclusion. Combine an active daytime activity with a cozy dinner or drinks in the evening. In and around Eindhoven, and especially on the vibrant Strijp-S, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars where you can end the year with your team.
Keep it warm and dry
December weather is unpredictable, so an indoor activity isn't a bad idea. Think go-karting, bowling, or a cooking workshop: active, fun, and weather-independent. If you do want to go outside, the Witch Hunt can also be played by car, so you stay nice and dry between riddles.
Give your team an experience as a gift
Looking for an original Christmas package or a thank you for your team? Give an experience instead of just a thing. With a gift voucher from the Witch Hunt, you give colleagues an adventure they can experience together or with their family, all year round. A personal and original alternative to the standard Christmas box.
Why choose an outing in the Kempen region?
A team outing in the Kempen region has a few nice advantages. You're out of the hustle and bustle of the city, in nature, and yet only half an hour from Eindhoven. It's suitable for both small teams and larger groups, and you don't need any prior knowledge or fitness to participate. Everyone can join in, from the intern to the director.
