Team speelt Heksenjacht Bladel voor het kappelletje in Bladel

Are you going on a witch hunt for Black Kaat soon and want that little bit extra? Or are you playing against another team and want to be the first to unravel the truth? With these seven tips, you'll work smarter together and get the most out of your adventure. And whether you're playing for the fastest time or just for fun: it's guaranteed to be more enjoyable.

1. Divide the roles

A good team works like a well-oiled machine. Let one person navigate with the app, another read out the riddles, and a third brainstorm and take notes. This way, everyone stays on top of things, and nothing gets lost along the way.

2. Read every clue carefully and completely

The biggest pitfall is wanting to go too fast. Read each task completely before shouting an answer. Often the solution is in a detail you overlook when you're in a hurry.

3. Turn on your sound and listen carefully

The Witch Hunt is an audio adventure. The narration not only sets the mood but also sometimes provides helpful information. So turn on your sound, or bring an earbud, and listen attentively.

4. Take notes along the way

What you encounter at the beginning may come in handy later. Therefore, keep some notes, on your phone or on paper. A team that pays close attention will have an advantage in the end.

5. Consult, two heads are better than one

Stuck on a riddle? Explain it aloud to each other. Often, someone else will immediately see what you overlooked. The best teams communicate a lot with each other.

6. Choose your pace and transport wisely

Does speed matter? Then you'll get from location to location faster by bike or car than on foot. If you want to enjoy it, take your time. You decide, so tailor it to your goal.

7. Make sure your phone is fully charged

Nothing is as frustrating as stopping because your battery is dead. Start with a full phone and bring a power bank for longer journeys. This way, you can keep the hunt going without interruption.

Extra exciting with multiple teams

Do you really want to make it a competition? Then play with multiple teams simultaneously and compete to see who finds Black Kaat first. At the end, you'll see your result on the final screen, and that's where it stays: there's no leaderboard or email afterwards. So immediately take a screenshot of your final screen to compare times and preserve and share your victory.
