What is Heksenjacht Bladel?

Heksenjacht Bladel is an interactive outdoor GPS scavenger hunt through the heart of the Brabantse Kempen. Using a free app on your own smartphone, you are guided by GPS from location to location. At each spot, a riddle, clue, or assignment awaits, bringing you a step closer to the truth.

Based on the true legend of Zwarte Kaat — the notorious robber witch who, with her gang, terrorized the region during Epiphany Night in 1596. The route takes you along historical locations and hidden spots that most people never see.

No guide, no fixed times. You decide when to start and how fast you play.

How much does Heksenjacht Bladel cost?

€34.95 per team — valid for a team of up to 4 people. With 4 people, you pay less than €9 per person.

What do you receive after purchase?

After your order, you will immediately receive a personal login code via email. With this, you start the game via the free Heksenjacht app, available in the App Store and Google Play. Your code is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

How long does Heksenjacht Bladel take?

The route is approximately 13 kilometers and you can complete it on foot, by bike, or by car. By car, it takes an average of about 2 hours, a bit longer by bike, and if you go entirely on foot, it will take half a day. The last 800 meters are always walked. You decide your own pace.

Where does Heksenjacht Bladel start?

At the chapel at the intersection of Den Houw and Molenweg in Bladel. Free parking in the center. Accessible via the A67 (Bladel/Hapert exit).
